I haven't had Arby's in a long time and well now I know why, went at lunch time, and went thru the drive thru. My curly fries were barely warm, so disappointing. I heated my sandwich up when I got home. It tasted fine.

20 minutes in the drive through today before I got frustrated enough to just leave. Unbelievable Arby's.

Arby's has the best tasting food of ALL the
fast food restaurants, with quite a variety to choose from. Anything BUT the cheeseburger or chicken nuggets, I could choose from gyros or pit style beef brisket, to chicken salad or Turkey clubs/BLTS, and with jalapeño poppers, mozerella sticks and onion risks as lower carb alternative to the French fries. It's always a little slower in their drive through, BUT the food is ALWAYS hot, fresh, and I've never had a problem with accuracy of the order or had to go back for something missing...AND I don't have to ASK for the marinara with my mozzarella sticks, it's always just right there in the bag with a few extra napkins. I will gladly spend a few extra minutes for something FRESH and DIFFERENT from the same old burger joints. Staff is always friendly too. -

Have to remember not to try their special sandwich like the gyro and Greek salad . didn't taste like a gyro at all the wait time was Loooonnngggg. I got the roast beef meal with curly fries they were COLLDDD. This is the second visit here with this type of result not returning if I can avoid it

Drive thru is usually super slow. Employees aren't very friendly and didn't greet me at the window or use any common courtesy. Also, when I asked for sauce I received one packet. In addition, I ordered a lemonade and I think it had ran out of the syrup cause it tasted like pure sour drink. But, food was hot for the wait it cost me
